1. Nature of Service
MinSahib is a free classifieds platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a seller or buyer, not party to any transaction, and we do not handle payments. All agreements are between users directly.
2. Account
- You must be 18+ with a real phone number
- You're responsible for account security (password, session)
- You cannot transfer or sell your account
- Prohibited: fake accounts, multiple accounts, bots
3. Listing Rules
Prohibited:
- Misleading information (fake photos, wrong price, non-existent items)
- Illegal items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit, stolen goods)
- Copyright violation (copying others' photos/text)
- Spam, duplicate listings, same item in multiple categories
- Pornography, violence, hate speech
- Medical products, prescription drugs
- Listings containing third-party personal data
4. Moderation Rights
- Listings are reviewed before publication
- Violating listings are rejected
- Repeated violations result in account suspension

5. Listing Duration
- Vehicles: 30 days, Real Estate: 60 days, Other: 90 days
- One-click renewal from "My Listings"
6. Disclaimer
- MinSahib does not verify seller, product, or legal status
- We are not responsible for fraud, damaged goods, or misrepresentation
- Recommended: never pay before seeing the item; meet in safe places
7. Messaging
- Messages may be subject to moderation review
- Spam, harassment, fraud → account suspension
- Blocking: "Block" button on profile pages closes two-way messaging
8. Intellectual Property
- "MinSahib" brand, logo, design belong to us
- Listing content (photos, text) belongs to the lister — we only host
- By posting, you authorize MinSahib to display your content
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes announced on the homepage. Continued use implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Disputes resolved in Yalova courts.
