🚀 Getting Started
Is creating an account paid? No. Creating an account and posting listings is completely free, and will remain so.
What info is required? Phone number + password + full name are required. Email is optional (useful for password reset).
Forgot password? On the login page, click "Forgot password". If you set an email, a reset link is sent there.
📝 Posting
How do I post a listing? Top-right "Post Listing" button. 5-step form: category → city → info → photos → confirmation.
How many photos can I add? 8 photos, max 5 MB each. The first photo automatically becomes the cover.
Why isn't my listing live yet? All listings go through moderation before going live — usually within 24 hours.
My listing was rejected, why? The rejection reason appears in "Notifications". Could be prohibited content (fake, copyright, illegal) or incomplete info. Fix and resubmit.
Listing duration?
- Vehicles: 30 days
- Real Estate: 60 days
- Other (second-hand, services): 90 days
How to renew? "My Account > My Listings" — Renew button next to each listing. One click extends.
💬 Messaging
How do I message the owner? On the listing page click "Send Message". If not logged in, you'll be prompted to.
Where are my messages? Top right next to the bell icon → Messages, or from the bottom nav on mobile.
Can I block a user? Yes. On the profile page "Block" button. Blocking closes messaging both ways.
❤️ Favorites and Saved Searches
How do I favorite? Heart icon top-right of each listing card. All in "My Account > Favorites".
What is a "Saved Search"? After picking filters on /ara, click "Save this search". You'll get notifications for new matching listings.
🛡️ Safety
Is my phone number visible everywhere? No. Phone shown masked (e.g., "+90 •••• 60"). Revealed only to users who click "Show Number" — bots can't.
How do I report a listing? On the listing page click "Report". Choose reason + add note. Reviewed within 24 hours.
Anti-fraud tips?
- Never pay before seeing the item
- Meet in safe, busy places
- Very low prices are suspicious — ask
- Avoid sellers asking for "advance deposit"
📱 Mobile & Languages
Does it fully work on mobile? Yes. Design is mobile-first. Sticky bottom nav (Home / Search / Post / Messages / Account).
How to change language? Top-right "TR / AR / EN" links. Arabic automatically displays RTL.
